We at Merche ensure timely deliveries of all orders, it normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your orders. Please note that this excludes holidays and weekends. Delivery times are based on business days and are estimates only. They are quoted for delivery to metro areas only and can vary depending on your location and distance. These do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, customer holds, public holidays in India & any other delays outside of our control.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages should be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Someone should be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We shall not be responsible whether or not the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed/payed for the goods.
We shall keep your order tracked for you, once you place the order you shall receive a confirmation call/email. Once your order is processed and is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the courier company has picked up your package from the warehouse. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged product from our end. Incase of such an event we shall return the amount to you as Store Credit.
Please note that we are unable to make changes in addresses once you have placed an order and it has been shipped by us.

Wrong return received re-shipping cost : Rs.150 shall be deducted from credit amount. Incase of a wrong product received from customer.
PAYMENT OPTIONS, PROMOTIONS :
In order to ensure your convenience, MERCHE offers multiple payment options. MERCHE, without prior notice to Users, reserves the right to add or remove payment options from the ones listed below :
- Payment through Net Banking facility
- Payment through cash on delivery
- Payment through Paytm
- Any other payment option as may be provided by MERCHE from time to time
MERCHE shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by a User owing to :
- Lack of authorisation of any transaction, including such transactions carried out on gift cards and vouchers issued to Users as a part of MERCHE’s promotions
- The exceeding of the credit/debit card limit mutually agreed between the User and the issuing bank
- Any payment issue arising out of technical glitches occurring during a transaction
- A declination of transaction for reasons beyond MERCHE’s control
- The company shall not be responsible for any cyber theft from the individuals credit/debit card or given bank account
- The company or its employees will never request any personal banking information from the User, hence the company shall not be liable in any event of cyber fraud/theft
Unless specified otherwise, all the products listed on the platform shall be sold in Indian Rupees either at maximum retail price or at an offered discounted price, with or without applicable taxes.
The ‘cash on delivery’ Payment option allows Users to make a cash-only payment to MERCHE’s delivery executive or logistic partner at the time of delivery of the purchased Product to the User. Presently MERCHE offers a maximum order value of INR 10,000 under the cash on delivery payment option. MERCHE reserves the right not to provide cash on delivery Payment option for certain Products.
MERCHE may, at its sole discretion, credit money into the User’s MERCHE Store Credit pursuant to discounts offered by it. Such promotions may be structured in any manner as may be decided by MERCHE in its sole discretion.
MERCHE does not provide a Cash On Delivery Option for orders below Rs.950
